Our updated clinic, located just south of I-80 on Kennedy, is built to support kids across the autism spectrum—and we need 5 passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to help us stay strong with our new BCBA! Requirements
- Active RBT Certification required
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Nice To Haves
- 1–2 years of pediatric experience preferred (but new RBTs are welcome to apply!)
Responsibilities
- Facilitate new skill acquisition through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
- Redirect undesired behaviors with evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate daily with your BCBA and lead therapist to implement effective care plans
- Complete daily session documentation in a timely and ethical manner
- Execute individualized programming as outlined by your supervising BCBA
