Requirements
- Active RBT certification
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Experience working with individuals in various setting
- Passion for helping individuals with autism thrive

Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy guided by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Track meaningful progress through daily data collection and notes
- Collaborate closely with your BCBA to ensure effective, data-driven care
- Support clients with behavior management and crisis intervention as needed
- Provide therapy in homes, schools, and clinic settings
