About The Position

Flywheel Centers is redefining autism therapy through clinical excellence, compassion, and family-centered care . We are currently hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing Elkridge and Baltimore ABA therapy teams . In this role, you'll work one-on-one with children with autism, helping them build essential life skills, increase independence, and reach meaningful developmental milestones. Every session you lead contributes to lasting change-for children and their families. What You'll Do Deliver individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a structured, supportive center-based environment Implement evidence-based treatment plans developed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and document session data to track progress and guide treatment decisions Support skill development in communication, social skills, daily living, and self-help activities Collaborate with BCBAs and the clinical team to evaluate progress and adjust goals Build positive, trusting relationships with children and their families Who We're Looking For Passionate individuals dedicated to improving the lives of children with autism Patient, compassionate, energetic team players who love working with kids Professionals eager to learn, grow, and advance in the ABA field Candidates who thrive in a collaborative, mission-driven environment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain with support)
  • Ability to pass a background check and maintain a safe, professional setting

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in ABA therapy, education, childcare, psychology, or related fields is a plus
