ABA Solutions is looking for a School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Clearwater, FL . We partner with public and private schools across Pinellas County to help students build essential communication, behavioral, and social-emotional skills. You’ll join a collaborative, BCBA-led team that values open communication, professional growth, and the joy of seeing students thrive. About the Role As a School-Based RBT , you’ll work primarily within classroom and school settings , delivering one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of experienced BCBAs. You’ll collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and caregivers to support each student’s individualized goals—helping them succeed academically and socially.

Requirements

  • Active RBT certification
  • Experience working with children or students with autism/developmental differences
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to ethical, student-centered care
  • Support students with diverse needs from elementary through high school
  • Availability during school hours (Monday–Friday)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver individualized ABA therapy in school settings
  • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs
  • Collect accurate real-time data on progress and behavior
  • Model strategies for teachers and paraprofessionals when appropriate
  • Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development
  • Maintain compassion, professionalism, and confidentiality in every interaction
