We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy services to a client in the Vero Beach area during morning hours. This is a great opportunity for an RBT seeking meaningful work, a daytime schedule, and a team that values professional growth. Services are primarily provided in a school setting during morning hours, with occasional home-based sessions when school is closed or schedules change.
Requirements
- Active RBT certification in good standing
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel to assigned client sessions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable, professional, and compassionate
- Commitment to quality care for children and families
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Support communication, social, adaptive, and behavior goals
- Collect accurate session data and complete documentation on time
- Communicate professionally with caregivers and supervisors
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Follow company policies and ethical standards
