Requirements

• Active RBT certification
• High school diploma or GED
• CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
• Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• ABA experience in a clinic setting
• Familiarity with DTT, PECS, or PRT
• Comfort using electronic data systems

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a clinic setting
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Support skill development across communication, behavior, and daily living
• Collect and enter data using electronic tools
• Communicate closely with supervisors and teammates
• Complete documentation accurately and on time
