About The Position
Make a difference every day! Roman Home LLC is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to support children ages 6–18 in a safe, nurturing group home. Duties include assisting with daily routines, leading outings, preparing meals, and documenting progress.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children or youth in a group home or residential setting is required.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must hold a valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Must have a valid Arizona driver’s license and be able to provide a 5-year MVD driving record.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
