About The Position

We are currently seeking multiple part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for in-home care in Durham, NH. About the Role: As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver meaningful, in-home care. In this one-on-one role, you'll help children learn new skills, achieve developmental milestones, and support their families with compassion and expertise.

Requirements

  • Completion of 40-hour RBT training course (RBT certified or eligible to test within 90 days)
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with children and a passion for supporting those with special needs
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check (conditional offer pending satisfactory results)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable maintaining various postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods
  • Able to sit on the floor or stand for extended sessions

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-person behavior intervention services in the child’s home
  • Collect and record data on child behaviors
  • Collaborate closely with BCBAs to help shape the best possible treatment plans
  • Attend team meetings to share experiences, offer insights, and contribute feedback to enhance care
