About The Position
As an RBT with Open Doors ABA, you’ll work closely with children and their families, providing compassionate and effective behavior therapy. You’ll have the support of a skilled clinical team and structured supervision to help you succeed and grow in your role.
Requirements
- RBT Certification
- Passionate, dependable, and committed to positive client outcomes
- Availability to work M-F 9am-2:30pm
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Track client progress and record accurate session notes
- Engage with children in fun, educational activities to foster growth and learning
