We are currently hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time position (M–F) at our Kenosha clinic which will be opening Sept. 1, 2025 . Requirements
- RBT certified or willing to complete certification
- High school diploma required; some college or experience in childcare, psychology, or education preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Patience, positivity, and a heart for helping kids thrive!
Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with children on the autism spectrum
- Implement behavior support plans developed by a supervising BCBA
- Use positive reinforcement to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Track and record data daily
