About The Position

The Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy services in Angier, NC. This role is ideal for an RBT who values consistent scheduling, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact working one-on-one with a pediatric client.
This position offers a structured schedule with the potential for additional hours based on availability.
Schedule:
Monday & Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Additional hours may be available based on availability

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working with pediatric clients preferred
• Reliable transportation required
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to pass required background checks

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a home-based setting
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Support communication, social, and daily living skill development
• Collect and record behavioral data accurately
• Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
