About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the rest of the 2025–2026 school year in Carnation, Washington. This is a full-time, in-person position in a school setting. Whether you’re an experienced school-based RBT or just beginning your school therapy journey, we’d love to hear from you!

Requirements

• Must hold Washington CBT license
• Must hold RBT certification

Nice To Haves

• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based RBT services including treatment
• Provide thorough documentation and collaborate with BCBA
• Work alongside teachers and special education staff
• Maintain timely documentation and progress notes
