About The Position

In this role, you won’t just have a job—you’ll have a purpose. You’ll work one-on-one with clients, helping them build communication, independence, and life skills using evidence-based ABA therapy. Requirements
- Current RBT certification (40 hr RBT course completed and pending exam is ok!)
- Passion for working with children or individuals with special needs
- Interest or experience in ABA, psychology, or special education
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with data collection
- Understanding of confidentiality and professionalism (HIPAA)
- A positive, patient, and growth-oriented mindset
- All candidates must successfully pass a background check to ensure the safety of the children and families we serve.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a supportive, structured environment
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
- Track progress and collect meaningful session data
- Help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills
- Build strong, positive relationships with clients and families
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
