About The Position

ABA Solutions is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy within a supportive school environment in Palm Harbor. This position offers a daytime schedule aligned with the school day, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with clients while working alongside experienced BCBAs and school teams.

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience or interest in working with school-aged students (elementary through high school)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to remain patient, positive, and proactive in a classroom setting
• Commitment to ethical and compassionate care
• Interest in professional growth within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy with students in a school setting (elementary through high school)
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by supervising BCBAs
• Collect accurate behavioral and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Support students in developing communication, social, and classroom readiness skills
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and supervising BCBAs
• Maintain professionalism, compassion, and confidentiality in all interactions
