About The Position
In Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) Service Areas: 77077 I Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM In-Home Therapists must be able to commute from home to home Why Join Apara Autism Centers? Paid 40-hour RBT training – start your career strong! Clients guaranteed after training – no waiting for hours. Evenings & weekends free – optional weekend shifts if you want extra. Schedule - In-home sessions are scheduled anytime between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Once you’re matched with a client, you’ll have a consistent set schedule based on their needs. We’re seeking dedicated and highly independent Registered Behavior Technicians who thrive in autonomous environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional in-home ABA therapy. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and confident managing their time and responsibilities while traveling between clients.
Requirements
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
- Experience working with kids.
- Reliable transportation & driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
- Implement treatment plans from a BCBA.
- Track progress & support families.
