About The Position
Hiring for the remainder of the current school year and interviewing for the 26-27 school year! Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred)
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavior intervention strategies
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field
- Experience working with students with autism, developmental disabilities, or behavioral challenges in a school setting
Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality behavior analysis services to individuals and families
- Implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
