About The Position

ABA Solutions is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children and families in the Seffner area. This role provides the opportunity to work with clients in school and home settings while collaborating with experienced BCBAs focused on outcomes that are meaningful to our clients. Consistent supervision and support from experienced BCBAs is built into this role to ensure both client progress and professional growth. Supervising BCBAs and directors remain actively involved in supporting clinicians with case consultation, problem-solving, and professional development. Clinical Support and Growth Opportunities RBTs working in school and home settings receive consistent supervision and support from experienced clinicians. Our team provides: • Regular supervision from experienced BCBAs • Collaboration with teachers, caregivers, and clinical supervisors • Opportunities to work with practicum students and developing clinicians • Practicum-approved supervisors available for those pursuing BCBA certification • Predictable scheduling within centralized service areas whenever possible

Requirements

  • Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB, or willingness to obtain certification
  • Ability to work in school and home environments
  • Reliable and professional work ethic

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents in school and home environments
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs
  • Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions
  • Support clients in developing communication, social, and adaptive skills
  • Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and clinical supervisors to support skill generalization
  • Maintain documentation and session notes according to clinical standards
