About The Position
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school-based setting in Ashburn, VA. In this role, you will work closely with students to implement behavioral interventions and support developmental goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Prior experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
- Basic knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Reliable, patient, and committed to student success
Responsibilities
- Provide direct one-on-one behavioral support to students
- Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA
- Collect, track, and maintain accurate behavioral data and progress reports
- Support classroom management and promote a positive learning environment
- Assist students in developing social, communication, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and multidisciplinary staff
- Adhere to all school policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards
