Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
About The Position
ALL TOGETHER AUTISM provides child and family-centered services, including applied behavior analysis (ABA), clinical psychology, and interdisciplinary care coordination, to improve functional skills and drive positive change for individuals on the autism journey. The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to deliver in-home behavioral support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. This role focuses on implementing personalized behavior intervention plans, collecting data on client progress, and serving as the primary one-to-one resource for clients and families. This is a full-time position with an expected compensation range of $22 to $28 per hour.
Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification
- Experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a home or center-based ABA setting with children on the autism spectrum
- Experience with children ages 2-12 years old
- Must have reliable transportation and mobile phone
- Be willing to work in various settings: home, community, school, and center, Monday through Friday and potential weekends
