Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) Location: Sunset Hills Center; 3555 Sunset Office Dr. St. Louis MO 63127 I Schedule: Full-time & Part-time; Afternoon Availability Why Join Autism Learning Collaborative? Requirements
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
- Experience working with kids.
- Reliable transportation & driver’s license.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
- Implement treatment plans from a BCBA.
- Track progress & support families.
