About The Position

At Little Land Pediatric Therapy, our mission is to help children develop the skills they need to grow, communicate, learn, and participate fully in everyday life. Our ABA therapy team works with children to build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through individualized treatment programs. We are looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is passionate about working with children and supporting meaningful developmental progress. RBTs work directly with children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement treatment plans and support positive behavior change. You will work one-on-one with children to help them develop important life and communication skills. You will work closely with: Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Speech therapists Occupational therapists Physical therapists Together, the team supports each child’s overall development. Requirements

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
  • Experience working with children preferred
  • Experience in ABA therapy or behavioral intervention preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Love working with children
  • Have patience and a positive attitude
  • Enjoy teaching and supporting skill development
  • Are organized and attentive to detail

Responsibilities

  • Implementing behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
  • Leading structured therapy activities and skill-building programs
  • Supporting development of communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Encouraging positive behaviors and reducing challenging behaviors
  • Collect and record behavioral data during therapy sessions
  • Monitor patient progress toward treatment goals
  • Communicate observations and updates to supervising BCBAs
  • Building positive relationships with children and families
  • Encouraging engagement and participation during therapy sessions
  • Maintaining a structured and supportive therapy environment
