About The Position

Here at Bright Beginnings, we charter children in various stimulating exercises that are age-appropriate and satisfy their need for play. We have different programs to involve their creativity, mental exercise, and interaction with other kids in worthwhile enterprises that promote holistic learning. On the Lookout for a Rockstar Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)!
Position: Full-Time Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:30pm
Compensation: $30+ per hour, based on experience

Requirements

• Active RBT certification.
• Willingness to obtain CPR certification upon hire (if not already certified).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Experience working with individuals across home, school, or clinical environments.
• A genuine commitment to supporting individuals with autism and helping families succeed.
• Ability to work full time hours Monday-Friday with availability from 8-5:30.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Carry out behavior intervention plans designed around each client’s unique goals and strengths.
• Collect accurate data and write detailed session notes to measure growth and guide next steps.
• Partner with your BCBA to ensure treatment decisions are thoughtful, strategic, and data-driven.
• Provide behavior support and assist with crisis intervention when necessary.
• Work across settings—homes, schools, and clinics—to support clients where they thrive best.
