Requirements
- Active RBT certification.
- Willingness to obtain CPR certification upon hire (if not current).
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Experience supporting individuals in clinical, home, or school settings.
- A genuine passion for helping individuals with autism thrive.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to each client’s goals.
- Collect data and maintain detailed daily session notes to track meaningful progress.
- Partner closely with the BCBA to support data-driven clinical decisions.
- Provide behavior support and assist with crisis management when needed.
- Deliver therapy across settings—including clinic, home, and school environments.
