About The Position

Join the team at Atlanta Autism Center! We’re hiring full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) at our Covington location. As an RBT, you will: Provide ABA therapy in 1:1 or small group settings Implement skill acquisition programs and individualized treatment plans with precision Execute behavior reduction plans, behavior protocols, and/or behavior support plans accurately Maintain precise client records, including data sheets, graphs, daily notes, and anecdotal information Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging environment for clients Collaborate with clients' families and other professionals on updates, progress, and behavioral concerns Adhere to company policies and uphold BACB ethical guidelines in all ABA interventions Report incidents of abuse/neglect immediately and help train others to recognize signs of abuse, neglect, and exploitation Deliver high-quality customer service to clients and their families Participate in staff training and commit to ongoing professional development and performance improvement Work Environment: 100% Center-Based On-site supervision by a BCBA

Requirements

  • Current/Valid RBT Certificate
  • H.S. Diploma/GED required; Bachelors, or associate’s degree in psychology, social work, special education or related field preferred
  • Relevant experience preferred
  • Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry patients
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal relationship skills
  • Desire for continued learning opportunities, and willingness to embrace instruction
  • Ability to work with multi-disciplinary team members
  • Computer skills
  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors, or associate’s degree in psychology, social work, special education or related field
