About The Position

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a reliable and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support a pediatric client through in -home ABA services in Baltimore, Maryland (21218). This is a part -time position with a consistent weekday evening schedule, ideal for an RBT seeking additional hours or a predictable schedule after school hours. The RBT will provide one -on -one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), supporting skill development and positive behavior change in the home setting.

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing required
• Experience working with children preferred
• Ability to work independently in an in -home setting
• Reliable transportation to and from the client’s home
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Consistent availability for the required weekday evening schedule
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and client -centered care

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home
• Implement behavior intervention plans as written by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate session data and document progress
• Support skill development in communication, behavior regulation, and daily living
• Communicate professionally with caregivers and clinical team members
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow all clinical and ethical standards
