Position: Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Hourly Pay: $19-26/hr for direct billable hours (based on experience) Training, onboarding, and drive time: Paid at $15.00/hr Sign on Bonus- $500 after 90 days in the field Paid RBT certification training provided within your first month of employment

Requirements

  • High school diploma, or GED (minimum) and 18+ years old.
  • Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities (or related coursework).
  • Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and your own reliable vehicle is required.This is not a position where rideshare or public transportation can be used.
  • Candidates with evening/after-school availability preferred (sessions typically 2–6 hours, Monday–Friday).
  • General knowledge of computer systems, including Windows and Google products.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one support to children with autism and related developmental needs using evidence-based strategies
  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising clinician
  • Teach communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills in home, school, or community settings
  • Collect data on client progress and adjust support strategies as needed
  • Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and their families
  • Collaborate with a clinical team to ensure consistent, high-quality care
  • Celebrate small wins that lead to meaningful, life-changing progress
  • Be a steward of ATS’s mission, vision, values, and beliefs.
