About The Position

The Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy services to a pediatric client in Baltimore, MD (21218). This role requires consistency, reliability, and the ability to deliver high-quality, individualized care in a home setting.
This position is best suited for candidates who can commit to a consistent weekday evening schedule and complete a full-time training period prior to starting sessions.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification required
• Experience working with children preferred
• Ability to commit to a consistent Monday–Friday schedule
• Full availability for the initial two-week training period (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a home-based setting
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and record session data accurately
• Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living skills
• Maintain consistent attendance and professionalism
