Requirements
- Active RBT certification (required)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others

- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to each client’s needs
- Accurately collect data and maintain detailed daily session notes
- Collaborate with the supervising BCBA to support data-driven treatment decisions
- Provide behavior support and assist with crisis intervention when necessary
- Deliver services across home, school, and clinic-based settings
