About The Position

They are looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join their mission at the Pearland Center.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Experience working with kids.
- Reliable transportation & driver’s license.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s in related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
- Implement treatment plans from a BCBA.
- Track progress & support families.
