Requirements

• Possession of a valid RBT certification
• Current CPR is not required, but will need to be taken upon hire
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Experience working with individuals in various settings
• Passion for helping individuals with autism and related developmental disorders

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients as prescribed by the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed to address the individual needs of clients
• Document and track client progress through data collection and daily notes
• Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure effective therapy and data-driven decision-making
• Assist with crisis management and behavior support as needed
• Provide therapy in various settings, including homes, schools, and clinics
