Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Experience working with children
- A passion for helping children with special needs succeed
- Reliable transportation
- RBT/CBT certification (or 40-hour RBT training completed; exam pending is okay!)
- Active CPR certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable kneeling, squatting, crawling, and sitting on the floor
- Willingness to actively engage in play and movement with children
- To ensure the safety of the families we serve, all offers are contingent on passing a background check.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy
- Implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA
- Track and document client progress
- Collaborate in supervision sessions and team meetings
- Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and families
