About The Position
Flywheel Centers is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality ABA therapy services across the Steelton / Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area. As an RBT, you will work under BCBA supervision to support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
Requirements
- Active RBT certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18+ years old
- Reliable transportation within the Steelton/Harrisburg area
Nice To Haves
- ABA experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy
- Implement treatment plans created by supervising BCBAs
- Track and record session data
- Attend supervision and team meetings
- Communicate professionally with families and caregivers
- Maintain ethical and clinical standards
