About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct behavioral support to students in a school-based setting. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans and promote students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children, preferably in a school or behavioral health setting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage challenging behaviors calmly and professionally

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
• Provide one-on-one and small-group behavioral support
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on student progress and behaviors
• Support development of social, communication, and classroom participation skills
• Assist with crisis prevention and de-escalation strategies when necessary
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and multidisciplinary school staff
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to school policies and professional standards
