About The Position

We are actively looking for experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our EAST clinic team supporting children ages 1-8 diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). We are looking for dedicated applicants with reliable transportation who are able to competently deliver ABA services in our modern Warrensville Heights clinic. To be considered, the candidate will have demonstrated experience implementing behavior plans and teaching skills to young children as an RBT. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a proven history of working with children with disabilities or steady history working as a nanny, in a school or daycare! Responsibilities include: implementing interventions, collecting data, writing session notes, communicating with the team, and helping children gain communication, social, play and life skills. Must be reliable with reliable transporation. We seek an enthusiastic RBT who loves working with children. Please only apply if you are an RBT with availability Monday-Friday 8:15-4:45. Qualifications/Training for those who are actively and RBT or pursuing their RBT credential: Associates or higher degree strongly preferred. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required within first 60 days. Two plus years with demonstrated experience working with children 1- 8 years of age. Current CPR/First Aid certification is required upon hire. Comprehensive training and supervision will be provided to meet eligibility requirements for maintaining Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Any potential job applicate at NHABA must exhibit their ability to engage with children and interact with staff during the interview process. Again, we are looking for team members who have a passion for working with children.
