Requirements

  • Proof of high school graduation (Diploma or GED)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, sit on floors and/or child-sized furniture, and quickly move from a seated position to running stance

  • College enrollment or degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide therapy that transforms lives.
  • Create engaging and effective learning experiences for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  • Use clear communication and positive reinforcement to help children reach their full potential.
  • Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
  • Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
  • Collaborate with families to implement strategies at home and in the community.
