About The Position

At Wildflower Grove ABA, our approach is play-based, trauma-informed, and client-centered, designed to meet each child’s unique short- and long-term needs. We strongly believe that collaboration with families is essential to a child’s success and growth. At the heart of the practice is a neuro-affirming philosophy: seeing each child as a whole person, not a diagnosis. As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients in home and community settings to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Requirements

Current RBT Certification (required)
Active CPR Certification (required within your first 30 days)
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, & insurance (required)

Nice To Haves

Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)
A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)
Comfortable working on the floor, lifting 25–40 lbs, and engaging in active play

Responsibilities

Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
Collect and record accurate session data
Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals through positive reinforcement
Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education
