About The Position

Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Colonial Heights, VA. This role is designed for certified RBTs who value ethical ABA practices, strong BCBA support, and a professional, collaborative clinical environment. Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or higher
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate work style
• Ability to follow clinical direction from a BCBA
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) implementation
• Session data collection and documentation
• Client engagement and behavior support
• Professional communication
• Time management and reliability
• Collaboration with BCBA supervisors

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children with autism or developmental needs

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document session data accurately
• Support communication, social, and daily living skill development
• Follow behavior support and safety plans
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team
• Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration
