Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Experience working with individuals diagnosed with an intellectual or developmental disability is preferred but not required
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credentials or proof of enrollment in RBT training coursework
Must be at least 18 years old
Valid Tennessee driver’s license with a good driving record
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional after-hours shifts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate documentation
Confidentiality is required - confidentiality agreement signed upon hiring.
Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligibility for certification.
Strong understanding of BACB guidelines, ethical standards, and person-centered practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact sensitively with diverse populations.
Demonstrated sound judgment and ethical decision-making skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional integrity.
Prior experience in behavior analysis or related fields is preferred.
Commitment to ongoing learning, including required RBT training and professional development opportunities to maintain certification and enhance practice.

Responsibilities

Work collaboratively under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavioral support plans and skill acquisition strategies.
Collect and record accurate real-time data on behavior reduction and skill acquisition targets during each session to track progress effectively.
Ensure timely completion of service documentation within 24 hours using our designated electronic system.
Seek guidance and clarification from your supervising BCBA to enhance service delivery.
Embrace feedback and adjust strategies to uphold the highest service delivery standards.
Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all individuals receiving services.
