The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works under the close supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior-analytic services for students. The RBT supports students with behavioral, social-emotional, communication, and learning needs by providing direct 1:1 or small-group interventions within the school environment. All work follows applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and the student’s individualized behavior intervention plan (BIP) or IEP.
