About The Position

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Virginia Beach clinic and support children through high -quality, clinic -based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. This role is ideal for an RBT who values structure, collaboration, and predictable hours, and who enjoys working in a supportive clinical environment surrounded by a strong interdisciplinary team. You’ll provide one -on -one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA, helping children build meaningful communication, social, and daily living skills. Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing required
• Previous experience working as an RBT required
• Experience in a clinic -based ABA setting preferred
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• Consistent availability for the required weekday schedule
• Ability to follow clinical guidance and treatment plans
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and child -centered care

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a clinic -based ABA setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a structured clinic setting
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collect accurate data and document client progress
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinic team members
• Support skill acquisition and positive behavior change
• Maintain ethical standards and client confidentiality
