About The Position

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)- Contract Location: Richton Park, IL, 60471 Position Details: Working Hours: 40 hours weekly, from Monday to Friday Student Age Group: Elementary School Case Load: --- Responsibilities: Provide direct behavior intervention services to students Implement treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Collect data and track progress for individual students Assist in developing skills that enhance students' independence Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student needs Qualifications: RBT Certification Experience working with children in an educational or therapeutic setting Strong communication skills Ability to work as part of a team Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment Benefits & Pay: PTO & Holiday Pay. Requirements

RBT Certification
