Abilities is looking for dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our supportive and dynamic team. What You'll Do: As an RBT at Abilities, you'll collaborate closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Your role directly enhances the lives of individuals by teaching adaptive skills, fostering independence, and reducing challenging behaviors. It's meaningful work where you can see the difference you make every day! Who We're Looking For: Ideal candidates are positive, energetic individuals passionate about ABA therapy. Backgrounds in education, psychology, special education, social work, or therapy are especially valued. We Provide Training: Not yet certified? No problem! Abilities covers the cost and provides the training you need to become an RBT, including: Comprehensive 40-hour RBT training course RBT certification exam through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Certification in CPR, First Aid, Blood-Borne Pathogens, and MANDT training
