About The Position
We’re hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children in a supportive, team-focused clinical environment. This role is centered on helping children build communication, social, and daily living skills while working closely with a collaborative care team.
Requirements
- Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Experience working with children in an ABA or clinical setting preferred
- Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
- Passion for helping children reach their full potential

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children based on individualized treatment plans
- Support skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and clinical team members
- Track session data and follow behavior intervention plans
- Bring positive energy, creativity, and compassion to every session
