Position: Full-Time Compensation: $30+ per hour, based on experience Brightstone Therapy is growing in McDonough, Georgia, and we’re looking for a skilled, motivated RBT who’s ready to do meaningful work every single day. Requirements
- Active RBT certification
- Willingness to obtain CPR certification upon hire (if not already certified)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Experience working with individuals across home, school, or clinical environments
- A genuine commitment to supporting individuals with autism and helping families succeed
- Ability to work full time hours Monday-Friday with availability from 8-5:30
Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Carry out behavior intervention plans designed around each client’s unique goals and strengths
- Collect accurate data and write detailed session notes to measure growth and guide next steps
- Partner with your BCBA to ensure treatment decisions are thoughtful, strategic, and data-driven
- Provide behavior support and assist with crisis intervention when necessary
- Work across settings—homes, schools, and clinics—to support clients where they thrive best
