About The Position

ABA Solutions is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children in our Clearwater clinic and local school settings. This position provides structured hours, consistent supervision from experienced BCBAs, and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative team environment. This role includes regular supervision and support to ensure both client progress and continued skill development for our clinicians. Our team works together to create meaningful outcomes for the children and families we serve. Supervising BCBAs are actively involved in case support, training, and ongoing professional development. Clinical Support and Growth Opportunities RBTs in this role receive structured supervision and mentorship. Our team provides: • Regular supervision from experienced BCBAs • Collaboration with clinic and school teams • Practicum-approved supervisors for those pursuing BCBA certification • Opportunities to work alongside practicum students • Caseload assignments within reasonable geographic proximity whenever possible

Requirements

  • Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB, or willingness to obtain certification
  • Ability to work in clinic and school environments
  • Reliable and professional work ethic

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents in clinic and school environments
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs
  • Collect and record accurate session data
  • Support development of communication, social, and adaptive skills
  • Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and clinical supervisors
  • Maintain documentation according to clinical and funding requirements
