We are currently seeking a dedicated, compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our full-time team in Daytona Beach. As a Full-Time RBT, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA services in a school-based setting.
Requirements
- Active RBT certification
- Willingness to obtain CPR certification upon hire
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Experience supporting individuals in educational, clinical, or community settings
- A strong passion for serving individuals with autism and developmental differences
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with consistency and care
- Collect accurate data and complete daily session notes
- Collaborate closely with the BCBA to support data-driven treatment decisions
- Assist with behavior management and crisis intervention as needed
