About The Position

We’re looking for Registered Behavioral Technicians to join our growing team in Kentucky! We serve clients in a variety of settings, including clinic, school, and home. Inspire ABA was founded with a clear vision: to bring a compassionate, dedicated team of professionals together in a supportive environment and provide the highest quality ABA services to those who need them. We are a family- and BCBA-owned company that is 100% BCBA-led and BCBA-driven. We are seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team. BTs will work with individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass the RBT exam (paid training and exam reimbursement provided)
• All candidates must pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• Current, active RBT certification with the BACB
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques and strategies
• Knowledge of data collection methods and tools
• Ability to follow care plans and behavioral intervention strategies
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with clients and their families
• Understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health
• Proficiency in behavior management techniques
• Experience in medical documentation related to patient care

Responsibilities

• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans
• Collect and record data on observable client behavior
• Assist in the development of care plans
• Provide direct patient care in one-on-one and group settings
• Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to support clients
• Support clients with behavioral therapy interventions
• Manage challenging behaviors effectively
