Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the position

Maxim Healthcare Services is urgently hiring for Registered Behavioral Technicians - RBT - to work one-on-one with individuals with special needs. We dedicate our time to providing all of our Techs with the necessary online and hands-on training to become successful and confident in the comprehensive approach of ABA.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
• Provides behavior assistance/interventions to assigned clients.
• Document individual's progress and milestones.
• Follow and implement behavior plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

Requirements

• Passion for working with individuals with special needs.
• Strong communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current CPR certification.

Nice-to-haves

• CPI certification (preferred).
