As a Registered Behavior Technician, you’ll provide hands-on support to participants while helping to implement thoughtful, individualized care rooted in respect, dignity, and real-world goals.

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities and managing severe challenging behaviors.
• A valid Driver’s License, personal vehicle, and insurance.
• CPR Certification and a recent TB test (assistance available to obtain both if needed).
• Willingness to undergo a state and federal fingerprint background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a behavior analyst and clinical team.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Aid clients with everyday activities including light housekeeping, meal preparation, running errands, and personal hygiene routines.
• Assist with medication administration and provide transportation to clients when needed.
• Seek clinical direction from your supervisor in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with parents/caregivers and other stakeholders to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines regarding professional conduct and scope of practice.
