Brightstar Kids Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dedicated team in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and their families. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in implementing therapy plans and supporting children in various settings, including homes, daycares, and schools. In this position, you will provide direct ABA therapy services as directed, ensuring that each session is tailored to meet the individual needs of the clients. You will be responsible for completing clinical data collection and maintaining accurate daily paperwork to track client progress effectively. Implementing Behavior Intervention Plans and Individual Treatment Plans under the guidance of a supervising Lead Analyst is a key aspect of your role. Collaboration with team members is essential, as you will work together to create a supportive environment for the children and their families. Additionally, you will assist in training parents, teachers, and support staff in implementing treatment protocols, contributing to in-service training, and participating in staff meetings. This position offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing you to choose your own hours while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.
